There are a couple of reasons why investing in a rice mill is a good idea. The best of these is improved efficiency and yield. With the latest milling technology, rice can be processed again and again quite quickly. If done properly this raises the market value of our final product. But it brings another paradox too: just taking one stage off, for example peeling a freshhly milled pound of rice into powder, might alter all its characteristics and make it unsalable at any price – even by the Japanese who would lightly salt their bowls before adding water to drink from them with chopsticks Energy consumption in the rice mill drops by more than 30 percent annually with some technological improvements of recent years. As this is one of our main costs (accounting for a quarter,) it equates quite simply to: lower product price, and vice versa. Our mill therefore offers customers not only source of stable supply but also quality rice. At the same time, our rice mill has lower operational costs and a smaller environmental footprint: energy-efficient plant means outgo reduced; while by using up all the bran as animal feed rather than merely scraping this off and burning it as ash, we reap extra raw material from production leftovers that would otherwise go to waste. Thus a rice mill can rightly be counted as sound and winwin business venture.
