Flour milling is a mechanical process that breaks grain kernels (producing wheat and corn) into flour, which typically makes up the majority of an end-product. At the core of flour milling are three goals: separation between bran and germ, removal or oil from thecorn (when necessary), and gradually grinding grain to a favored texture. Current flour mills are fully automated and include 4 systems: cleaning, grinding (roller mill), sieving & grading sifter and purification. Two technolgists invented from first system with have a lot of revolution to support need high effeciency and accuracy in remove impurities. Due to the fact that flour milling can be used in a large scale of applications right from creating bread, pasta and pastries throughout preparing flavors plus candy bars. This is done to save the nutrients in the grain and at identical time make it flawlessly chewy, succulent with each type of recipe on earth; hence brought into use for cooking functions.
